Ticket sales:

All ticket sales are final, and once purchased cannot be refunded for any reason once purchased. Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets are sent out automatically by email when you order them (please check your junk folder if you can’t find them, and please note they are sent to the email address you used to buy them via Paypal, which is sometimes different to your usual email address). If you have not received your tickets please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the event so we can resend the tickets to you. After this deadline we accept no responsibility for tickets that have not been received and no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered your personal details correctly.

Should the event you have purchased tickets for be cancelled a full refund will be issued, with the exception of the reason for cancelling the event being out of the control of the organisers, for example but not limited to: the ground conditions, extreme weather, or damage/destruction of the venue.

Please do not bring your own food or drink to any event, unless it is stated that you can do so.

You may be photographed or videoed at events and the photos or video used for promotional purposes.

Stallholders:

I understand that Embee Marketing Services Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of stock or equipment or for injury to the public in relation to my stall.  Should Embee Marketing have to cancel an event a full refund will be given (with the exception of the reason for cancelling the event being beyond the organisers control, for example but not limited to: the ground conditions, extreme weather, or damage/destruction of the venue) and no responsibility for loss of earnings accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time.

Should you choose to cancel an event booking, notice must be given one month prior to the date of the event for a refund to be given (deposits are non-refundable) unless stated differently upon the booking form for the event, after this date no refund will be issued. All payments must be made two months before each event as stated on the booking form.
